All canvases are shipped in boxes to ensure they are not bent during transit. Large canvases are carefully rolled and never folded.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. If an item arrived damaged, please email us at hello@thendlptvault.com.

All of our The Needlepoint Vault exclusive canvases are hand-painted with acrylic paints on premium Zweigart mono deluxe canvas. All canvases are bound with artist tape to prevent fraying.

All the canvases on our site are stitch-painted by hand.
