Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons or busy shopping periods, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. If your order hasn’t shipped within this timeframe, please reach out to us via our contact form and include your order number so we can assist you.
All canvases are shipped in boxes to ensure they are not bent during transit. Large canvases may be carefully rolled and are never folded.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. If an item arrived damaged, please email us at hello@thendlptvault.com.

All of our The Needlepoint Vault exclusive canvases are hand-painted with acrylic paints on premium Zweigart mono deluxe canvas. All canvases are bound with artist tape to prevent fraying.
All the canvases on our site are stitch-painted by hand.
If the listing says 'Notify me' the item is currently out of stock and cannot be purchased until it's available again. If you'd like to know when it will be available again, sign up using the 'Notify me' form on the items page.
We do not currently offer custom needlepoint designs. However, we’d love to hear your ideas for future collections. Feel free to share your suggestions athello@thendlptvault.com.
